Train strikes on Friday 10 July

A significantly reduced service will be in operation on the West Midlands Railway network on both Friday 10 July and Saturday 11 July which may affect your journey onto campus.  

If you’re travelling on either day, please plan your journey before travelling and allow extra time as other forms of public transport may be busier than usual. Make sure to check your journey planners for the latest information before you set off.

Graduating on Friday 10 July? 

If you are due to graduate on Friday 10 July and the disruption affects your ability to attend your ceremony, please contact graduation@contacts.bham.ac.uk as soon as possible.

For further journeys, you may want to check out travelling by coach. Students can get up to 20% off at National Express and 10% off at Megabus.
