Dental Library

The Dental Library supports the staff and students of the School of Dentistry. It is situated on the first floor of the Dental Hospital in Edgbaston. 

Computers

The library has four computers which are available for individual study. You will need your Active Directory username and password to log in. 

Study spaces

There is a range of study spaces for group and individual working.

Photocopying and printing  

The Dental Library has a Multifunctional Device (MFD) that operates under the University's managed print system. It can be used to print, photocopy and scan to University email addresses. See our main printing, photocopying and scanning page for more information.

The Dental Library houses the main collection in the fields of dentistry and biomaterials. The collection contains monographs, periodicals, theses, videos and electronic media. We currently subscribe to about 80 periodicals. The book collection numbers around 5000.

Special Collections material in the field of Dentistry is housed in the Cadbury Research Library in the Muirhead Tower on our main campus.

All libraries and resource centres offer the following services:

• Assistive software on all PCs
