Appeals from students with a Degree Classification

If you wish to appeal against your degree classification, it is possible to graduate even if you appeal has not been resolved. If your appeal is successful, you will be required to return the certificate and transcript that you receive at your congregation ceremony before the updated documents are forwarded to you.

If you wish to defer your graduation until your appeal has been resolved you will need to contact the Graduation and Awards team in order to arrange this.  Please also inform the Complaints and Appeals Team when you submit your appeal form. Please note that it will then not be possible for you to have your degree conferred until the next congregation period.
