If you are ordering a replacement certificate from the University of Birmingham Online Shop you can track your order at any time by logging into your account with the Online Shop and clicking the ‘Order History’ option on the left hand navigation panel under the heading ‘My Account’ (pre 2002 students).
If you have chosen DHL as your delivery option you will be emailed a reference number to allow you to track its progress. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address that you can access when submitting an order and a valid telephone number. DHL may contact you if they experience any difficulties when delivering your order.
If you have not selected DHL the certificate will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd class or normal air mail without a way to track.
