Student Experience

In Student Services we are continually looking to improve the student experience, to ensure you get the most out of your time at the University.

The Student Experience Projects Team (SEPT) co-ordinates Arrivals Weekend and Welcome Week to help new students have a great start to university. They also provide support on a number of projects to ensure your voice is being heard. 

SEPT work closely with the Communications and Engagement Team, who support teams across the University to make communications more timely, clear and relevant.

Previous projects include:

• A new student feedback system.
• Enhancing the Exams and Welcome webpages.
• Supporting the Not On campaign against sexual harassment and the You Report, We Support tool.
