The Press Office and Internal Communications are responsible for proactively promoting the University’s strengths through the media and across the University. As well as writing and issuing more than 250 news releases and statements a year, they handle over 1,000 media enquiries, monitor media coverage, and are on call 24 hours/seven days a week. Internal Communications at the University includes the delivery of all corporate staff communication channels such as buzz magazine, buzz bitesize, University intranet, and staff events.
