IMPLEMENTATION

Finance has developed the Finance Strategy 2030.  This outlines our vision, mission, values, alignment to the Birmingham 2030 Strategic Framework, and our strategic themes: 

 

 

 

The strategy was developed through comprehensive consultation during 2022, supported by Strategic Change. Several sources of stakeholder and user insight were drawn upon to assess the requirements of the service, including the most recent Vice-Chancellor Integrated Review (VCIR), and the Finance User Reference Group (FURG).
