In a hurry? Express classes are for you! 

BODYCOMBATTM, BODYATTACKTM, BODYBALANCETM and BODYPUMPTM Express classes are a great way to get in shape. You may already know about the strength, endurance, and toning benefits of this stellar format from Les Mills fitness classes, but there is another reason to talk about the express option.

With workloads and time pressures increasing, it’s easy to skip fitness classes because of not having the time to get in, get changed and do the class. That’s exactly the reason for UBSport's new 45 minute express class. Most of us can find a spare 45 minutes a few times a week, even during the busiest time of year, meaning you don’t have to forsake your fitness goals for a hectic schedule.

In this shorter, Les Mills approved format, you will still warm up and work your legs, chest, back, and abs. These muscle groups are key to the maintenance of posture, overall tone, and functional strength. Whenever you can, you should still attend the original hour-long Les Mills classes for the additional benefit of arm toning, stabilizer development, and more calories burned! Remember, this option is not intended to replace the original hour-long class, but is perfect if you are: 

  • New to the program and need to build up endurance
  • Short on time.
  • In need of a short strength/endurance session to combine with a cardio class/workout
  • Enjoy Les Mills classes but can only get to one or two full classes a week. 

There are also express classes in Spin, Pilates and Abs to add some variety outside of the Les Mills programme.
