From maternal health to BAME representation in business and the media

The BAME Staff Network is delighted to welcome, Candice Braithwaite, a 'Mummy Blogger', Influencer and the founder of 'Make Motherhood Diverse' as the guest speaker of this year's BAME International Women's Day event. Chaired by Professor Kiran Trehan, this panel will discuss topics from maternal health and mental health to BAME representation in business and beyond. This event is supported by the WIN WIN and Women's Networks.

This event is open to all staff from across the University. Registration is compulsory; to reserve your place, please contact bamestaff@contacts.bham.ac.uk. We also welcome questions in advance; please send any questions that you would like put to the panel no later than Friday 1 March. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the event.
