☰ Staff Availability & Event Matcher

Step 1 — Provide Your Availability

Choose how you want to enter your availability below.

Click a date to expand it, then tick the slots when you are available. Use the “Select all” checkbox to tick every slot for that day at once.

Upload a .csv or .txt file with columns: Date, StartTime, EndTime. Accepted date formats: YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY.

Step 2 — Export Your Availability (optional)

If you selected time slots in Step 1 (Option A), export them as a CSV to re-upload next time instead of ticking boxes again.

Step 3 — Choose Your Event List

Choose whether to match against the built-in event database, or upload your own event list file.

The built-in database currently contains 0 event(s). Click “Match” in Step 4 to use these events.

Expected columns: EventName, Date, StartTime, EndTime (Location, Notes, Link are optional). Accepted date formats: YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY.

Step 4 — Match & See Results

Once you have provided your availability (Step 1) and chosen an event list (Step 3), click below to see which events you can support.

Step 5 — Send Calendar Invites

Select events in the results table above, enter your email address, then click the button to download an Outlook calendar invite (.ics) for each selected event. Each invite will be timed to your overlap window, not the full event duration. Once downloaded, double-click each .ics file to add it to your Outlook calendar.
