Boost your emotional health
This year’s Emotional Health Week takes place between 19 - 23 February 2026. Its aim is to help you develop your emotional health and thrive.
We’ve got plenty of resources available to help with your emotional wellbeing. Download guided meditations, learn more about self-compassion, perfectionism and procrastination, and explore self-help guides written by clinical psychologists.
Pause – weekly social & group afternoons
Looking to unwind? Pause offers the perfect chance to relax, get creative, and enjoy some downtime in a welcoming space:
Crafternoons - craft and connect with others in a welcoming space
Every Wednesday, 2-4pm | Library Lounge, Main Library
Comfort Zone - grab a snack, chat, and unwind, indoors or in the garden
Every Thursday, 2-3pm | Wellbeing Lodge, North Gate
Careers Network disability support drop-ins

Ramadan
This week marks the start of the Islamic holy month of reflection and fasting. Around 16% our campus is Muslim, and though observance may differ, there’s plenty happening across campus to mark the month, including the Community Iftar. Explore Ramadan on campus.
