Eating Disorders Awareness Week
Eating disorders can feel isolating, whether you’re affected yourself or supporting someone else. This Eating Disorders Awareness Week, we’re highlighting the power of community and the vital role of family, friends, and support networks in helping people feel seen and understood.

National student money week
Monday 2 – Sunday 8 March is National Student Money Week, an annual campaign that raises awareness about the money advice and support available to students.
We’ve put together pages filled with advice, tips, and tricks on having a more affordable time at UoB. Explore what support is available.
Make a difference on campus
Join our Disabled Student Contribution Group to share your experiences and help shape positive change across the University. The next meeting will be on Wednesday 4 March, from 11.30am – 2pm. To confirm your attendance, please register.
Protect yourself from scams
Make sure you know what to look out for – discover the range of scam awareness videos on the Student Services YouTube channel covering landlord fraud, tuition fees fraud, and general safety tips and advice. Videos are in English with Mandarin subtitles.
If you’ve been affected, please speak with our Community Safety Team for support. The Community Safety Hub is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
