Alison Sharp

Job title: Assistant Director (Innovation)

Key role: Alison’s responsibilities lie in building strategic partnerships (internal and external) to support future innovative work that enables students to develop sought-after enterprising capabilities. She serves as a strategic liaison point between the University, its students and potential employers on a regional and national scale, guiding Careers Network and University colleagues on emerging trends and potential opportunities.

Key role: Mohammed is the University of Birmingham Business Start-Up manager. He manages the B Start-Up programme, delivers enterprise and entrepreneurial workshops and offers advice to students looking to start a business.
