If you're from the West Midlands area, and you're in your final year of an undergraduate degee or have recently graduated from one, you are eligible to apply for Transformation West Midland's fantastic Reverse Mentoring Scheme. Reverse Mentoring is your chance to influence organisations in the West Midlands and build a more diverse workplace for local students and graduates like you.

You don't need any work experience to apply, and you'll gain amazing experience with one of our 13 participating organisations, which includes high profile organisations like Deloitte and Birmingham City Council.
