If you have a temporary need for exam adjustments, due to a temporary (expected to last less than 12 months) injury/ illness or personal circumstance you should discuss this with your schools Welfare Tutor(s)/ Wellbeing Officer(s) at the earliest opportunity.
In most cases you will be required to provide medical evidence in support of your request to the Welfare Tutor(s)/ Wellbeing Officer(s) recommendation of the temporary arrangements.
Were appropriate your Welfare Tutor/ Wellbeing Officer will make a recommendation to the exams team. The exam team will then inform you directly if they are able to put in place the requested adjustments and provide you details about any changes to your exam venues.
