Joint and Collaborative ESRC Studentships - applications now open
The University of Birmingham is part of the Midlands Graduate School Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP), one of 14 DTPs across the UK accredited by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
The DTP offers a variety of Joint Awards (between partner institutions) and Collaborative Awards (with an external partner organisation). There are 6 Joint Awards and 12 Collaborative Awards due to commence in October 2018, and all project titles, links to more information, and the application forms can be found on the MGS ESRC DTP website.
The projects available at the University of Birmingham cover subject areas such as Political Science and International Relations, Human Geography, Social Policy and Psychology.
A full ESRC studentship award comprises tuition fees, an annual stipend (see RCUK minimum stipend amounts) and a research support grant.
