How to make an insurance claim
Motor Claims
All Motor (Only) claims have to be notified to Chris Lane, Transport Manager either by telephone at 0121 414 2668 or e mail: c.lane@bham.ac.uk
Forms for completion are obtainable from him and must be returned promptly with all the relevant details and supporting documents to assist insurers in assessing a claim. No admission of liability should ever be made and where required full details of any third party insurance details should be obtained at the time of the accident
Travel Claims
Depending on the nature of the claim there are different forms for different situations. Please return your completed claim form to the insurance team with all supporting documentation (Invoices, proof of payment, photos, doctors reports etc) if needed, anything to support your claim.
The forms listed below should be used where applicable and can be sent by the insurance office or click on the appropriate link.
