Forms for completion are obtainable from her and must be returned promptly with all the relevant details to assist insurers in assessing a claim. No admission of liability should ever be made and where required full details of any third party insurance details should be obtained at the time of the accident
Depending on the nature of the claim there are different forms for different situations.
