What do our Programme Administrators do?

Our programme administrators are integral to the running of UG programmes. They are responsible for the day to day administration of their allocated cohorts, from registration of students to programmes and modules, support of timetabling, administration of assessments, marks and feedback (including ensuring all marks are inputted into BIRMS and released to students in a timely manner), attendance monitoring, and supporting the organisation of prize ceremonies and graduation events. Our programme administrators work closely with individual programme directors to ensure the efficient and high quality running of our UG programmes.

What do our Student Advisors do?

Our Student Advisors are key members of the team. They are not only there to support programme administrators with administrative tasks, but they also act as a first point of contact for initial enquiries to the office from both students and staff – either by phone, in person, or via email. Our Student Advisors offer a friendly yet professional service to all of our stakeholders.

We hope that you will pop into our offices to meet the team in person.
