How did we do – What is this about?

Throughout March/April you will start to see some feedback cards at the main Reception in University House, Careers in Business Team (University House) and all of the Programme Offices (University House, JG Smith and Muirhead Tower) which invite students, staff and visitors to give some quick feedback about their experience of the School’s Professional Services Team. These feedback cards have been developed to help us understand how the Team is delivering on the ‘human focus’ aspect of the School’s new brand. We will be seeking feedback through these cards at 3 points in each calendar year so that, over time, we can track  and monitor how the Team’s services are perceived by our key stakeholders and partners and can also be used in the shaping and monitoring of service standards. The feedback will focus around 4 core experiences and an ‘overall’ measure and will all be entirely anonymous.

As feedback is collected and analysed I will make sure that results are available directly to teams and also to the wider School through the newsletter.
