Data and Management Information Administrator

I joined the Accreditations and Rankings, Quality Assurance and Enhancement team on 1 December 2014. In the newly created Data and Management Information Administrator role I am involved in creating and disseminating primarily quantitative reports for staff at the Business School. I am also currently working on a suite of dashboards reporting on various aspects of the Business School for SMT (Senior Management Team).

My previous role was with the NHS (National Health Service), where I worked as an Information Analyst for the NNUHFT (Norfolk and Norwich hospital foundation trust). Thus, although I have a background in this area, I am new to the role, the HE sector, and the city. There’s a lot to learn, I’m enjoying the challenge and I’m still trying to catch-up with all the new TLAs (Three Letter Acronyms)!
