We are located in University House but provide a service to all Business School buildings, these services include:

Liaison with University Support Services including Maintenance, Telecoms, Environmental Services, Cleaning Services, Estates Projects, Grounds and Gardens, Postal Services, Security and University Catering.  For repairs reporting, planned maintenance, service levels, rechargeable works, partnership with HAS on Business School Café provision, access to buildings and grounds.

Management of School teaching rooms in University House, J G Smith and soon The Alan Walters Building, including room bookings and arranging for Audio Visual equipment repairs to be reported and resolved (for University House and J G Smith only).

We also provide advice, guidance and management data to comply with Health and Safety legislation and environmental sustainability.  Including risk assessments, accident and incident reporting and emergency procedures.

We manage office allocations, staff office moves, access control, keys, changes to use/changes to facilities proposals within space and planning short and long term space to meet the strategic requirements of the Business School.  These can be raised to the Accommodation and Facilities Committee through your area representative.

We are responsible for all the Business School sites including University House, J G Smith, Elm House – (Business School Suite only) and The Alan Walters Building.
