Bournville Warriors announce new sponsor - Birmingham Business School

Bournville Warriors

Bournville Warriors are very pleased to announce that Birmingham Business School have offered to help sponsor the club.

The school have kindly agreed to provide a new kit for the Under 18 team.  Aged between sixteen and eighteen they play in the Central Warwickshire Youth League (CWYFL) against teams throughout Birmingham and the surrounding area. This is an excellent association for both the club and the college to promote their brand.

In addition to helping the under eighteen team, the school have also funded shirts for over twenty coaches within the club to identify themselves at training and matches. This will be of enormous benefit to the club as well as increasing the awareness of Birmingham Business School within the community of South Birmingham.

Set up in 2000, Bournville Warriors is a children’s football club with fifteen teams playing out of Kings Norton Park and the Metchley Lane pitches at the University of Birmingham. We currently are able to cater for all ages from four up to eighteen. Our teams can be mixed and we have recently initiated training for girls. Girls who might like to play on a casual basis are missing out. It is for this reason that we have set up fortnightly sessions that are for girls only.

We have a very successful academy that provides football for children from as young as four. If you are interested in more details then please contact Robert Fleming who can provide additional useful information.

Everyone at Bournville Warriors would like to take this opportunity to thank Birmingham Business School for helping us with this extra funding and for making a real difference in the local community.
