Award success for Cleaning Services

Congratulations to Gary Bailey, of Hospitality and Accommodation Services, who was awarded Cleaning Operative of the Year at the 2012 British Association for Cleaning in Higher Education conference. This follows Gary’s success in winning a BUAFTA award for Best Customer Service earlier this year.

Gary has been employed as a Cleaning operative at the University since July 2000, and has always been a very hard working, conscientious and well liked member of the cleaning team.
