The University’s technology transfer company, Alta Innovations Ltd, provide an experienced and professional administrative, legal and financial service to academics wishing to engage in consultancy for external clients under the ‘30 day’ rule.
This includes providing professional indemnity insurance, contract negotiation, legal and taxation advice, invoicing, credit control and payment to the academic in a tax-efficient manner.
