About the programme

In today’s digital age and an increasingly complex world, developing key skills for the workplace is crucial. Our programme helps you become a future leader with purpose. You will learn to shape a sustainable and responsible future.

This programme is competitive and extra-curricular. It is open to all full-time Business School MSc students. It helps you get ready for the future of work. You will:

  • Learn about your own leadership skills
  • Work on a real company project to gain leadership experience
  • Create a portfolio to show future employers

What you will do

If selected, you will join our rigorous programme from November 2024 to June 2025. This includes:

  • Canvas modules, coaching, and self-reflection
  • Guest talks and workshops
  • Individual and group challenges
  • Networking opportunities
  • An intensive summer project where you will work on a real issue for a company
