Ben Shephard is one of Britain’s most popular television presenters and has had a rich and varied career in broadcast media. Ben currently co-anchors ITV’s Good Morning Britain, hosts the ever-popular Tipping Point, and presents Ninja Warrior UK. Ben was part of the original team that launched The X Factor, hosting the award-winning Xtra Factor and Ben’s past television credits also include hosting Goals on Sunday, 1vs100, Safebreakers, Behind the Magic of Harry Potter, and One Night Only with Rod Stewart.

Ben’s interest in television was sparked whilst he was at University and working as a runner for the Weather Network in Hockley, Birmingham. He then went on to work as the Host of Channel 4’s teen TV review programme Control Freaks, before becoming a presenter for MTV, Channel 4’s The Bigger Breakfast, Planet Pop, and Sunday morning show T4.

In 2022, Ben published his debut book, Humble Heroes: Inspirational Stories of Hope, Heart and Humanity, and launched Kammy’s and Ben’s Proper Football Podcast, both bringing together the art of telling people’s stories across various forms of journalism. A thread that has run throughout his career.

Ben dedicates much of his free time to working with charities, which has led him to complete 14 marathons, run across the UK twice, play for England at Soccer Aid and climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
