Small actions, big difference
The theme for 2026 is “Take Action” – even small steps can help us feel more hopeful and empowered. Think about one positive step you can take for your own wellbeing, and one way you can make a difference to someone else. Together, we can build mentally healthy communities.
Wellbeing support
University life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we’re here to support you. Whether you're stressed about upcoming exams or dealing with personal issues, reach out when it’s Time to Talk.
