The PG must be a registered current postgraduate at the time of nomination and award (February-June 2024).
For the 2024 award, the PG must be nominated for work undertaken in the 2023-2024 academic year.
Nominations can be made for any current postgraduate taught student (PGT) or postgraduate researcher (PGR), for work benefiting the PGT community, PGR community, or PG community as a whole.
The nomination should be guided by:
1. The nominee’s demonstrable enthusiasm for postgraduate community engagement and for supporting their peers.
2. A record of measurable impact and success in their representation and/or support of their postgraduate community.
Examples of possible nominees might be an outstanding Student Rep or Postgraduate Research Rep, UGS Scholar, Student Content Shaper, or a postgraduate who had contributed significantly to postgraduate events and/or projects while at the University
