Introduction to Developing Effective MCQs

Old Gym (Y1 on Campus Map), Old Gym Room 202A
Wednesday 12 October 2022 (14:00-15:00)

In this session we will discuss the features of good and bad MCQ questions, based partly on Bloom’s taxonomy.

The discussion will be focussed on a checklist of dos and don’ts to provide practical steps to help you create robust MCQs.

This will be followed by a small group workshop where you can share a couple of your current MCQs and work with colleagues to redevelop them.
