Introduction to Developing Effective Assessment Questions

During this session we will discuss how to create or redevelop your assessment questions, whether they are essays, SAQs, presentations, or other formats. The focus will be on writing robust, suitable, and fair assessment questions but looking at some dos and don’ts and the theories behind them. This will be followed by a small group workshop, where you can redevelop an assessment question alongside your colleagues. 

• Please note, this workshop will not cover writing MCQs, there is a dedicated session for that.
