HEFi MicroCPD – Teaching Students to Code
This term, HEFi is sharing the outcomes of some recent Education Enhancement Fund projects via its regular MicroCPD videos.
In the first video of the year, Dr Lindsay Compton and Dr Archana Sharma-Oates (School of Biosciences) discuss the emotional aspects of teaching students how to code, which is becoming a required skill in more disciplines.
Upcoming events
HEFi Digital are running online versions of three of their assessment and feedback workshops - Developing effective assessment questions (14 November 2023), Learning outcomes and rubrics (22 November 2023), and Creating robust MCQs (28 November 2023). Each workshop is designed to facilitate discussion and sharing of ideas, and includes practical steps for participants to take away at the end.

Top tips: Using the Canvas Page History
If you want to review the history of amendments to a page you can do so by using the Canvas Page History. This allows you to view who made amendments and revert back to a previous version. See the full step by step instructions below.
