Feedback, Compliments and Complaints

We welcome all feedback about our services. If you have feedback you’d like to share with us, please submit this via our Portal.

Each time you use our portal as a customer, you will receive a brief survey about our service provision. Completing this helps us to identify what is going well in our services and where enhancements can be made. Please take 2 minutes to complete this survey.

If you would like to compliment the service provided by a specific member of staff, this can be raised via the Portal and will be shared directly with the team.

If there is a problem and you would like to make a complaint, please raise a Portal case. You will receive an automated response to acknowledge your case and we will then respond to you within 10 working days. A member of the team will liaise with you to find a resolution as quickly as possible.
