Ipshita Ghose

Biography

Ipshita heads up the Research Support Office and is responsible for developing and implementing the College Research Strategy. She works closely with the team to provide a high level of bid support and training for staff who are applying for research grants. She also facilitates collaborative working with Business Engagement, Marketing, Alumni, and other professional services teams across disciplinary remits at the University. 

Prior to this role, Ipshita has worked in variety of research support and management functions at the Universities of Birmingham, Sheffield and Southampton. She particularly enjoys supporting projects which span multiple disciplines, sectors, and often countries, and which have a broad reach and sustained impact.
