Events Back to 'Staff intranet' Staff events The Vice-Chancellor’s Open Forum is the University’s all-staff event, which takes place in the Autumn and Spring terms. It’s an opportunity to hear from the Vice-Chancellor on key issues facing the sector and the progress of the University, and it provides staff with the opportunity to share their opinion during a question and answer session. The Birmingham Professional Forum is a termly event for Professional Services staff. It gives colleagues the opportunity to hear from, and question staff who are leading the University’s major developments and performing world-leading research. There are many other events that take place on campus (please visit the external site for information), as well as local department and college events.
