Request a refund for fees

If you no longer plan to attend the University, and you want to request a refund for your deposit, go to the Admissions Refund page. Here you'll find detailed information about our deposit refund policy, as well as the application process for refunds. 

• The Admissions team will assess your application and let you know whether your deposit can be refunded.  

• Please only submit one request for refund; this is to avoid duplication of work for the team, which could result in a slower response time for you. 

If you believe you have overpaid your tuition or accommodation fees, complete our online Refund Form (geckoform.com).  

Please only submit one request. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your refund. 

If you are no longer attending the University at our Dubai campus and want to request a refund of your deposit, please return your completed refund request by email to uobdubaimiddleeast@contacts.bham.ac.uk. 

If you no longer need a student visa and want to request a refund, please return your completed refund request form by email to dubaistudentmobility@contacts.bham.ac.uk.

If you believe you have overpaid your fees while studying at our Dubai campus and want to request a refund of the excess paid, please complete the refund request form and submit it by attaching it to a Student Payment Query in the Finance Service Portal (bham.ac.uk).
