Employer advice for if you are unsuccessful video transcript

Iain Heath, graduate programme manager at Centrica

Video transcript

"If a graduate doesn't get through either the phone interview stage or they fall short at any stage in the process, I would really encourage them to ask for feedback. Sometimes it’s a little difficult; you have to swallow your pride a little and ask for some constructive information about how you can do better. But if you do that and you really listen to what these experienced people are saying, it can only enhance your future applications, and it’s a fascinating insight into how you are coming across to other people. Asking for feedback I think is very important and acting on that feedback is even more important."
