"At university I learnt certain skills that I think helped me in my current job. I think the most important of those is taking wads of information and trying to condense it down into an argument that managers can read and also helps move policy along. And I think another skill perhaps was coming up with ideas. Not just collecting and setting out information, but doing something with it and trying to bring a bit of thinking to that information."
