The University adheres to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and seeks to fight modern slavery by always seeking to engage only with suppliers that work to high levels of performance in relation to their dealings with people, both within their internal organisations and via their external supply chains.
Procurement operates at Flexible Framework Level 5 for its ethical procurement objectives and holds “Superior” status in its Procurement Maturity Assessment. We also use the Supplier Engagement Tool to help our suppliers improve their general Ethical performance
