MDS Health and Wellbeing Week 2019

Cycling is proven to help your mental and physical wellbeing so why not join a sociable, led ride this MDS Wellbeing Week and make the most of your lunchtime.  A short, flat and predominantly off road taking in the canal and scenic Rea Valley Route accompanied by trained ride leaders.  The pace will be set by the slowest rider and no specialist equipment is required. Where: Meet at University station plaza

When: Meet 12:25 for a 12:30 depart

Route: Less than an hour – all depends on pace of group – mostly canal or off road

*Bikes can be provided but need notice.  First come first serve.
