Online Testing

Online testing is a method of assessment.

Online tests, also called psycometric tests, are a formal assessment employers use when hiring. They provide a fair way of testing a person's ability to do a job.

Graduates First Assessment have partnered with University of Birmingham to help you increase your chances of meeting your career ambitions. They provide detailed step-by-step guides for applying to more than 100 top employers.

The online tools can help you:

  • Think about your career options.
  • Practise tests when you are applying for an internship or graduate role.
