Have you ever wanted to try Goalball? Showdown? These exciting new sports can be enjoyed by everyone - they are fully accessible and huge fun. Visit the Activation Area at Chancellor’s Court, at the foot of Old Joe, for fun try-outs during the Games. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned athlete, there are plenty of ways of getting involved in sport. See Sport Differently - British Blind Sport.
Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, gain experience and skills, and give something back. Around 400 sighted and visually impaired volunteers will be needed at the Games. IBSA are looking to recruit volunteers for the Games so check back here soon for more details.
Be part of the experience! There will be opportunities to work at the Games, with paid casual roles advertised on the Worklink website.
