Paying Your Fees Easily with Skiply

We’re excited to introduce Skiply, a secure mobile app developed in partnership with RAKBANK, designed to make paying your university fees fast, simple, and secure.You can now manage and complete your payments directly from your phone — anytime, anywhere.

How to Get Started

Step 1: Download the App, Scan the QR code provided by the university or visit skiply.ae to download the Skiply app.

Step 2: Sign Up, Open the app and click on Sign Up. Use the email address or mobile number registered with the University of Birmingham Dubai.

Step 3: Add Student Details. On the Home Screen, select the Student tab. If your contact details match those registered with the university, you’ll see a pop-up asking if you want to add the student. Tap Add Student. If you used a different email, search for your student's details and add them manually. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) to verify and link your student profile.

Making a Payment

Select your student profile from the Home Page. Review your semester fees and click on the applicable fee item.

Tap Checkout.

On the Payment Page, you can: Add a debit/credit card, or Pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Once payment is successful, your receipt will appear in the Receipts section.

After Payment

You can view and download your receipts anytime in the Receipts section of the Skiply app.

Dubai students: You can also pay your fees directly into the University's bank account, by electronic bank transfer. 

Payment reference

Please use your unique IBAN for making payment - we have sent this to you by email. You must quote your student ID number and surname as the payment reference, so we can identify the money when we receive it. If there is a restriction on the number of characters allowed, please quote your student ID number first.
