After you have received your invoice - and, if you're receiving a scholarship, the confirmation of this - you can request to pay your tuition fees in three equal instalments.
To request this, you need to raise a Student Payment Query in the Finance Service Portal (bham.ac.uk). You will need to log in with your University login details.
Fill in the online form and submit; the Finance team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Students beginning studies in September
Your instalment payments are due on or before:
- 1 November
- 1 February
- 1 May
Students beginning studies in January
Your instalment payments are due on or before:
- 1 March
- 1 June
- 1 September
What happens if you don't pay on time
If you do not pay your instalments on time, as agreed, the instalment plan will be ended and you will need to pay the full balance immediately.
