Quick guide: Fees and funding

This page contains information and links to guide you through tuition fee invoicing and funding options during Online Registration.

Tuition fee invoices

However you plan to pay your tuition fee, when you have registered you will receive an invoice addressed to you. This invoice will confirm your tuition fees and the date they are due for payment. We start issuing invoices in the September of the new Academic Session.

Your invoice will not show any funding, fee waiver, scholarship or payments already made, and no updated invoice will be sent showing this.

You need to make sure payment of the tuition fee invoice is made. Non-payment may result in an exclusion hold being applied to your record, in accordance with University Financial Regulations.

Visit Invoices explained for more information.

Invoicing for Presessional English courses

We do not issue invoices for Presessional English courses. Your tuition fee is listed on your course offer letter. Find out how to pay here: Payment Information for BIA Presessional courses - University of Birmingham
