Career summary
A thirty-year veteran of the UK Leisure and hospitality industry with 25 years of experience at Mitchells & Butlers, one of Britain’s largest Pub and Restaurant companies. Adam was part of a senior leadership team at M&B that transformed the business from a pub operating business into a multi formatted pub and restaurant company.
Adam completed his career at M&B as CEO in 2011 and since then has held several senior roles across the leisure industry including CEO of Tesco Hospitality, Chairman of Giraffe Concepts and Chairman of Harris & Hoole coffee shops. He was also a Director and SID at EI Group Plc, the UK’s largest Pub company, before the business was sold in March 2020.
Adam started his career with seven years in the Army and also spent two years with Sainsbury’s as Retail Director. He has two major hobbies, sailing and skiing.
