Martin embarked on a Non-Executive career in 2018 supporting fast growing businesses to deliver their strategic ambitions. He is currently working with businesses in the international payments, home assistance and employee benefits spaces.
Prior to this Martin enjoyed a successful executive career. Most recently this was at HomeServe plc as UK CEO since January 2014, and prior to this as Group COO and Group CFO. HomeServe is an International home assistance business with over 8 million customers across the UK, US, France, Spain and Italy and market capitalisation of £3bn.
Prior to joining HomeServe in 2003, he spent three years as Group Finance Director of Clarity Group and ten years at Arthur Andersen where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
