About the FLC

In this digital age and an increasingly uncertain and complex world, we understand how important it is for you to develop key skills as you go into the workplace, and flourish as future leaders; leaders with purpose who recognise their role in helping to shape a more sustainable and responsible future for all.

This competitive, extra-curricular programme is open to all full-time Business School MSc students. It is designed to prepare you for the Future of Work and give you the unique opportunity to:

  • Discover your personal leadership capabilities
  • Enhance your leadership experience by working on a real company project
  • Develop a portfolio of evidence to showcase to future employers

What you can expect

If selected, you will go through a rigorous programme between November 2023 and June 2024, including:

  • Canvas modules, coaching and self-reflection
  • Engaging guest talks and workshops
  • Exciting individual and group challenges
  • Opportunities to network
  • An intensive summer project where you will work in a team and use your leadership skills to address a live issue faced by a company
