If your computer breaks down or you lose your internet connection during a live counselling session please call 0121 414 5130 and ask to speak with your counsellor.
In the event your counsellor experiences problems with their computer or internet connection, they will call you using the phone number you provided to let you know this has happened.
Where possible your counsellor will log onto another computer in the system to complete the session.
If you cannot attend an online session
Please contact the service as soon as possible to rebook your session, this will then allow us to provide another student with the time slot you no longer require.
