It's Mental Health Awareness Week
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week which serves as a good reminder to familiarise yourself with the support available here at UoB. During assessment season, your mental health and wellbeing can be impacted by increased stress and pressure. It's important to reach out if things get tough, don’t struggle on your own. Time to Talk?

We’re on the hunt for some student birthday buddies! Our university celebrates its birthday on 25 May — if you share the same big day, we’d love to hear from you. Please share a photo and a short story (no more than 100 words) about how you’ve celebrated your birthday on campus. This will be shared in the all-alumni newsletter and appear on the University’s social media profiles. Please submit your story and photo by 15 May to z.alam@bham.ac.uk.
