This Rep was praised by students for her proactive approach to collecting feedback and her positive outlook. Despite the barriers associated with students taking a number of different subjects and modules in different Schools, Jessie had used various communication mechanisms to reach every student on her course and encourage them to give feedback. Described as “a brilliant Rep and an even better person”, Jessie’s kind and approachable demeanour was commended, along with her creativity in thinking of solutions to the issues she collected feedback on and the change to these issues that she had brought about.
